About This Beach

The beach runs almost the entire length of the island on the southern coast. Sections of the beach are also referred to as West Hayling and Beechlands Beach yet they all flow along as one seamless beach. The Beach has a shingle head and turns to sand as the tide recedes. Good views to Portsmouth and the Spinakker Tower
