Towan Beach

Another of Newquay's towns easily accessible beaches, a little quieter and more sheltered. Backed by a sea wall from the main road is is predominately sand with some shingle and bordered by rocky outcrops at each end. This is the beach that features prominently on photographs and postcards with a house on top of a rocky outcrop with a foot suspension bridge from the town to the property
